SEXUAL ✿ ORIENTATION ; ; Lorn isn't attracted to many, considering he works with pups, but  Lorn is homosexual.

COLORATION ; ; Lorn is a steely, gray wolf with streaks of asphalt throughout his coat. He has large swathes of white showing up periodically, breaking up the storm-cloud that is the rest of him. Lorn has black flecks accenting his coat, like shards of ebony throughout the ivory and... Just plain gray.

LENGTH ; ; Lorn has a long, tangled coat. It doesn't take much for it to snarl up into spikes, and he does nothing to prevent it regardless. Once in a while though, he does clean himself, and when he does Lorn is left with a soft, poufy fleece for his body.

MARKINGS ; ; Lorn has very few distinguishable markings, one of them being a abstract sort of U on his rump, pointing towards his anus like an arrow. The U is black, making it much more obvious against his naturally lighter coat.

BUILD ; ; Lorn is a tall, muscular wolf, heavier than what's comfortable if he wants to go for a run. That being said, Lorn is very fit and physically adept, though he'd much rather prefer to nap with the pups he spends all his time with. Because he is so tall and muscular, Lorn tends to give an impression of intimidation, however he fights off this uneasiness with his charming humor and personality.

EYE ✿ COLOR ; ; A yellowy-blue color, Lorn has eyes specifically unique to him. He has never met another wolf with eyes like his, nor would he want to. While at first glance his eyes naturally appear more yellow, the blue becomes very obvious whilst lost in his gaze.

FRAGRANCE ; ; Is like being bathed in a sea of flowers. Oddly satisfying, and comforting, but at the same time invigorating. Lorns scent either wakes you up or puts you to sleep, and one will love it either way.

IDIOSYNCRASIES ; ;
✿ Lorn will begin laughing for no reason, in the worst possible times. He cant help it--He's just thought of something funny--but usually it causes him to receive a few nasty looks.
✿ Lorn will resort to baby talk, without really realizing he does so. This means referring to elders as nubber-wubbers and warriors as itty-bitty babies.
✿ Everything is much more dramatic with Lorn, and he will purposefully make something worse, or better than it already is for the entertainment part of it. He sighs dramatically when its not needed, and cries softly to himself when its inappropriate, all to spice up his life.
✿ Lorn has a bad habit of intensely staring at someone, remaining deathly still while he gazes intently at whomever. With pups, this doesn't usually cause a problem, but with adult wolves issues can and do arise.
✿ Lorn is very high maintenance, and will pout for the most unimportant things. He will pout without realizing he is doing so, and in general makes a lot of faces without meaning to. However, there are times where, like with everything else, Lorn will exaggerate his expressions to get a different reaction from those around him.


TALENTS ; ;
✿ Lorn is hella gifted at singing. Whether its hitting the high notes or smoothing his tongue over the low tones, Lorn can and will do it, because he is so good at it.
✿ Being dramatic, or rather, acting. Shaping his emotions into whats needed is painless for him, and takes little to no effort.
✿ Lying. This means concealing things, creating things, jazzing up things, or dimming down things. Lorn is insanely gifted when it comes to making stories up, and almost always manages to supply an alibi, evidence, or just argue his point till it sounds completely accurate. Insanely good.
✿ Empathy, actually, is probably a talent for Lorn, considering he is so good at it and practices it so often.


PAST ; ; Lorn was an oddball from the start, having been almost a day earlier than the rest of his litter. Even so, he was completely healthy, and that should've been the moment that everyone in the pack realized that he would be the first to try things, to start the show.
This was, in fact, true for a lot of other things. He began hearing, seeing, eating, walking, and talking before all of his other siblings, was by the time he was allowed to wander around outside the den, he could form better, more eloquent sentences than the yearlings. It was impressive, and everyone knew it regardless of whether they'd admit it or not.
Besides always being first for everything, Lorn was different for another reason. Sure, he was a flirt before he had even reached his first birthday, but he lavished most of his attention on the boys, where as the other pups would pay more attention to the gender opposite them. However, soon 'cooties' began to grow in their small minds, and nobody paid attention for Lorn spending more time with the guys.
As a yearling, Lorn was still cruising through life, breezing through his challenges with the greatest of ease. His siblings started to develop talents in various areas, such as hunting, fighting, healing, and leading, where as Lorn found that putting on a show and performing was the only talent he had seemed to perfected. He would sing to everyone, for hours until he was finally bopped on the head and told to do something useful, and even then he would go off by himself to sing.
At first, all of the criticism and exclusion was bearable, but as he grew and started realizing that he really was annoying the shit out of people, he began to surround himself with pups. What? They were accepting, and would call him Laney, because they thought every caretaker was a girl.
He grew used to the name, and began encouraging the other yearlings to call him Laney instead of Lorn, or any of his other nick names, and started teasing the thought of being a girl.
For a long time, he did believe himself to be a girl. How else could he explain his heavy attraction to the male gender?
Not soon after though, he realized that it was just a boy attracted to boys, and this was completely normal. Or, he thought it was. With his excitement for everything, affection for pups, dramatic personalities, and extravagant voice being so weird, he thought that this would be one of the few normal things about him.
He came out on his second birthday, and immediately had the shit beat out of him.
His entire pack saw fit to attempt to kick his 'disease,' his homosexuality out of him, as if it was something that could be shaken loose. There was nobody there for him to tell him it was right, that it was okay, because all anyone wanted to do was cure him of this 'Terrible sickness!' *GASP!*
Its strange how they didn't somehow manage to slaughter him, least of all paralyze him to some extent what with the ferocity they abused him.
He didn't leave after he healed, instead starting to doubt himself. Was he really sick? Nobody else thought it was normal, and everyone else seemed to think it was some type of disease. Maybe the healers could mend his illness?
He began apologizing, and smothering his affections for others. Lost himself in the hollowness of solitude, only to realize, a couple of months later, that he couldn't be fixed.
That he couldn't change. He was clearly born this way; The first born, and the first to be different.
So he left, in search of a more welcoming pack.

PERSONALITY ; ; Lorn is more child than adult, and even with his large size, he remains to have an even larger heart. Even as a pup, Lorn had always been one for theatrics, and that is part of the reason he is so dramatic and eccentric. He loves to up the ante on everything, and will do so without thinking of the after affects.
By nature Lorn is a very caring wolf, and will tend to the needs of everyone around him without a second thought, doing his very best to make sure that everyone feels good about themselves and each other. As much as he loves drama, he hates conflict, and will do his best to ease any situation.
That being said, Lorn does have a sort of attraction to conflict when it concerns him. Meaning, he likes it when others are rude to him because it gives him an excuse to be over-dramatic again.
Lorn is a risk-taker, and will put himself in danger constantly, so long as it doesn't have potential to harm someone else. This tends to be the only time he really thinks something through, because Lorn would be devastated if he seriously hurt anyone. He would be heartbroken if he mildly hurt anyone.
Because he is so intimidating at first, Lorn tries extra hard to be a big softie and to ensure that all those around him are especially comfortable. Unless, of course, he likes you. If Lorn is attracted to you, he will come at you like a bull, making his desire very obvious. Even if he isn't into someone, Lorn will continue to be a die-hard flirt, with both males and females; He doesn't discriminate.
Despite as confident and ballsy Lorn is to everyone, deep inside beneath all of the dazzling sparks of his everything, Lorn is shattered and insecure, terrified of rejection. Part of the reason he is so good to everyone around him is because he doesn't want anyone to think that he isn't good, and to deem him unworthy for whatever reason. That would be an essential part of why he left his birth pack, though there were many other factors in it.
Lorn has little to no tolerance when it comes to bullying. He is not the type to stand idly by and eavesdrop, rather than the type to jump into the tension and dissolve it, and prevent anything happening again in the future.
With as much stress, and as dramatic Lorn really it, you'd be surprised to find that he is actually a laid back kind of guy, and enjoys having naps just as much as he enjoys putting on shows. Really, theres two sides to Lorn; The caring, affection pup-sitter, and the elegant and flirtatious actor... And thousands more. There are so many sides to Lorn, and you should never expect to get one from him, because chances are it'll  be different that what you intended. He in unpredictable, and spontaneous.

✿ Flirting. Lorn is a huge flirt, regardless if he's attracted to you or not. If he does happen to like you though, he will be very clear about his intentions and come on very strong. That's just how he is.
✿ Messing around, with pups, adults, or by himself. Lorn is a very playful wolf by nature, and enjoys jokes and mischief all around.
✿ Though he doesn't do it often, Lorn does like the feeling of being freshly cleaned. The softness of his coat will distract him for hours, until he gets it all dirty again.
✿ Daydreaming is very important to Lorn, meaning he will spend a lot of his time imagining ridiculous fantasies and other such stupid things.
✿ While he is a foolish wolf, and often irritating, Lorn does value deep conversations with anyone, and to those that willingly open themselves up to him, Lorn begins to love. Venting to someone and being vented to make Lorn feel special inside, and never fail to make him feel better.
✿ Clearly, Lorn loves pups. Becoming a nanny wasn't some fluke, and he picked his rank deliberately. He enjoys the innocence and freshness of a new generation, and always will.
✿ Lorn loves doing stupid, reckless things, so long as it doesn't pup anyone else in danger. Testing the boundaries is what this wolf is all about, and a challenge is a drug for Lorn. Adrenaline rushes are so important, and this is probably from his generally laid back personality around pups.
✿ The smell of rain. Always has, always will.
✿ Shyness is a huge factor in what makes Lorn attracted to someone, and being reserved and embarrassed towards him will make Lorn super heated. That, and innocence.


DISLIKES ; ;
✿ Wolves with no sense of humor, or anyone that deems his antics foolish when they're clearly so very important to everyone around him, as well as himself.
✿ Boredom is the equivalent of Death for Lorn, and boring wolves are the Antichrist.
✿ Spoiled meat; Being so extravagant and dramatic, Lorn demands to have the utmost quality items for his diet, and stale, cooled meat holds no desire for his impeccable taste.
✿ Putting others in danger is more of a fear rather than dislike, but nonetheless, Lorn does not like to be the cause for anything bad. Guilt can and will devour him.
✿ Being/Or watching others being scolded; Lorn isn't very big on punishment very often unless it truly needs to be dealt out. Otherwise, Lorn is fine with the simple mantra Forgive and Forget.
✿ Reckless wolves that are reckless, simply for the sake of being reckless.
✿ Judgment. Lorn is the most accepting wolf out there, and he will never tolerate exclusion for anything, especially so if it has to do with sexual preference.


STRENGTHS ; ;
✿ Intimidation is a large factor in first impressions, and to strangers, he could use this to his benefit.
✿ Winning people over is pretty easy for Lorn, considering he can morph himself into whoever you want him to be, for whatever reason. An offshoot of this is getting what he wants, or persuasion.
✿ Flirting is the same as breathing, if not easier for Lorn. A simple wink is not what Lorn is about, and he will lavish attention on those he chooses... Which would be everyone.
✿ Being there. It sounds simple, yes, but Lorn is wonderful at letting others vent to him and listening. He will offer advice, or he wont, depending on what the venter wants.
✿ Despite being very heavy muscle-wise, Lorn is pretty swift on his feet, probably due to his long legs. Granted, long distance isn't exactly his cup of tea, but he does sprint like a pro.
✿ Partying is definitely one of Lorns strongest attributes, stupid as it sounds. Really though, Lorn knows how to have a good time and how to create a good atmosphere. He is the life of the party and is comfortable with being so.
✿ Common sense is, so, so, SO important. Lorn holds a great deal of common sense himself, and while he does push boundaries he is well aware of when to pull back, and how to properly react to situations to keep himself out of harms way. Common sense.
✿ Not only does he have dazzling eyes--and dazzling everything else--, but he has close to perfect vision, and picks up on the smallest details.
✿ Making someone feel good physically, emotionally, and mentally. It speaks for itself.


WEAKNESSES ; ;
✿ Thinking before doing anything, for the most part. Lorn is very spontaneous, and very reactive. He is an emotional ball of tension, despite his laid back personality that is projected to everyone else.
✿ Pups, in the sense that he can't resist them. Lorn always have, and always will love pups. They make him weak at the knees.
✿ Getting along with the elderly; While he would never admit it to anyone, including himself, Lorn does hold a small prejudice towards the elderly, because of his relationships in the past.
✿ Unless its deathly important, and the fact that whatever is so important is stressed, Lorn will be distracted by everything. He does not focus well.

Oh, many, many things can go oh-so-wrong Lorn~ So, soooo many things~

To give you an idea, I normally despise that symbol. For the longest time, I refused to have even the slightest thing to do with it, or the word fabulous. It's... more than a little complicated. Long story short, I use it only when I'm in an especially good mood, and that's maybe three times at max. To use it in the excessive amounts I did, I'm not only super excited, but I'm also plotting something very, veeeery sinister~ Thunder knows. That's why he's worried.
